Foxed! Audience Reviews

Stevecorp Don't listen to the negative reviews
Fatma Suarez The movie's neither hopeful in contrived ways, nor hopeless in different contrived ways. Somehow it manages to be wonderful
Josephina Great story, amazing characters, superb action, enthralling cinematography. Yes, this is something I am glad I spent money on.
Scarlet The film never slows down or bores, plunging from one harrowing sequence to the next.
Kirpianuscus At first sigh, all is well known. the story, the characters, the referinces to Coraline and Little Red Riding Hood , the secret plan and the poor victim . but the animation is beautiful, the subject interesting and the film so short than you dream to another, giving explanations and using the pieces from this film as a fascinating, dark story. and this is all. enjoy it !
Horst in Translation ([email protected]) "Foxed!" is a very short animated film from 2 years ago made by Nev Bezaire and James E.D. Stewart, two young ambitious filmmakers. The tone is a bit like "Coraline" and I wonder what the duo will come up with in the coming years. There is certainly potential for a full feature film on the evil foxes and on Emily. I thought this one here was an atmospheric 3 minutes, good watch from start to finish that had nothing really new in terms of story or drama that hasn't been done in other horror animation films yet, but it certainly shows some nice potential, even if there were no wow-moments in here that had me on the edge of my seat. All in all, I recommend this and I can see why it got some decent awards attentions. Makes me want to see more. Thumbs up.
